Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Forest Fresh website and engaging in our professional cleaning services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our Services or website. Forest Fresh reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Commitment and Limitations

2.1 Eco-Friendly Promise

Forest Fresh is committed to using environmentally responsible cleaning products and methods. While we strive for exceptional results, clients acknowledge that certain deep stains or damages may require specialized, non-eco treatments, which will only be applied with the client's explicit consent.

2.2 Scope of Work

The scope of cleaning work will be clearly defined in the Service Agreement provided prior to the commencement of service. Any requests for additional tasks beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges and must be approved by both parties before execution.

2.3 Access and Safety

The client must provide safe working conditions and unrestricted access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team is delayed or unable to access the site, a cancellation fee (see Section 4) may apply.

3. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is quoted based on the information provided by the client regarding the size, condition, and nature of the property. Forest Fresh reserves the right to adjust the quoted price if, upon arrival, the actual conditions significantly differ from what was originally described or if extra time is required due to unexpected circumstances.

  • Payment: Payment for residential services is due immediately upon completion of the service. Commercial accounts may be subject to a 7-day or 14-day invoicing schedule, as specified in the commercial contract.
  • Late Payments: Forest Fresh reserves the right to charge an interest fee of 5% per month on overdue commercial accounts.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please notify us as follows:

  • Residential: Notice must be given at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  • Commercial/Specialized: Notice must be given at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so will result in a fee equivalent to 70% of the service cost.

5. Client Responsibilities and Indemnity

The client agrees to secure all valuables, breakables, and sensitive documents prior to the team's arrival. Forest Fresh holds insurance to cover accidental operational damage. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that were not specified as fragile or were left unsecured. The client indemnifies Forest Fresh and its employees against any liability costs arising from existing property defects or conditions that interfere with or are exacerbated by the provision of the Services.

6. Warranties and Complaints

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a specific area cleaned, you must notify Forest Fresh within 24 hours of the service completion. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no extra charge, provided the complaint is reasonable and made within the 24-hour window.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, specifically the jurisdiction of Lagos State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
